Mr. Donner was admitted to practice in 1989 and has extensive experience in handling a broad range of real estate matters including all aspects of commercial transactions, property development, residential transactions and timber tract transactions. In addition to his transaction practice, Mr. Donner handles various litigation matters involving real estate.
Mr. Donner advises individuals, businesses, corporations, partnerships and limited liability companies regarding formation, operating issues, dissolution and acquisitions, and in addition, handles various litigation matters involving businesses.
Mr. Sims was admitted to practice in 2000 and has handled a wide variety of matters ranging from business and real estate transactions to litigation in various areas of the law. Mr. Sims represents both individuals and businesses in contested and uncontested matters.
Mr. Sims is a 1996 graduate of the University of Georgia with a Bachelor of Arts in Journalism. He received his J.D. in 2000 from the Walter F. George School of Law at Mercer where he was a member of the Moot Court Board participating in the 1999 Gabrielle National Family Law Competition and serving on the Executive Board.
Mr. Sims is a member of the State Bar of Georgia and the Macon Bar Association. He is admitted to practice in all Georgia Courts as well as the United States District Court for the Middle District of Georgia.
